  Dealt with Jake at the Murray Bridge Telstra store today and couldn't have asked for better customer service. He dealt with my needs efficiently with no problems. Knowledgable and pleasant. Will definitely be going back in the future with any other requirements. Thanks Jake

  I decided on a BYO $50 contract which comes with three contract options month-to-month, 12 months, 24 month. I was never asked which one I prefer, they–like thieves–let me sign on the last page, without going through the main contract items.

  You are guessing it right I am stuck on a 24 moth contract??! I mean which sane person wants a 24 month contract on a BYO?! Yes stupid, I should have checked the contract, do not trust anybody, which seems the norm in today's world.. Even in a Telstra shop.

  Have never been or visited this Telstra Store, but somehow one of the employees have managed to access my Account and add a mobile phone, and change my mobile plan without my consent. No phone call or apology from either the employee at fault, or the store manager. What really pisses me off is that the day before our phone was cut off we had only just put $50 credit on our phone which has now gone. And our mobile phone can no longer make phone calls. 4 hours on the phone to Telstra to sort this mess out. Now I have to drive 100kms to sign paper work and pick up another $50 credit just to be able to use my phone!!! Wonder who is going to pay the out of pocket expenses.....mmmm. Worse still I am in NSW not SA. Not even worth the one star rating, but couldn't post unless I gave something.

  Not impressed, drive on to the Mt barker shop! instead. Came in, no suggestions and service at all, was left to figured it out by myself, second time this happened in the same shop. Like you are asked what you want, but if you do not know what you want yet, it seems that the sales person knows even less of its own products than I did.. Anyway I decided to go to this particular shop again, Force of habit, close by,.. who knows... big mistake. I was in for a big shafting this time
