    The lack of toilet facilities is a huge annoyance to myself, family & friends. Also "the rules" keep changing, we frequent the store at least weekly & always purchase. When we first attended the store, facilities were available then we were told no. Several times I overheard customers were able to use toilets (teenage girl & a young woman) yet when I requested I was told no despite my genuine plea of urgency ! I was told only children, pregnancy & elderly could make use of toilets. I would like to know what is the reasoning of not being able to use toilet ? Otherwise it is a well kept store & staff are helpful & friendly.
