  Plenty of variety of Shops in a compact area, allowing one to accomplish all the shopping without need of moving the Car. Or is that because I don't mind a short walk!!!

  That you can park undercover to go shopping, whatever the weather is great. Plenty of stores in the one place is also great, saves driving around when you need to go to several stores at once (provided these stores are the ones that you wish to shop at). The fact that there is a kind of food court at one end is also good, that way you don't have far to get to a table after buying from one of the vendors. It's a pity that there is two vacant food vendor sites (I think that is due to the price of rent being too expensive for the previous businesses that were there).

  Love the marketplace. Can get all our baby needs from big w, then groceries from Woolworths and then lunch from the food court. Love being able to get everything done all in one place. A lot easier then piling the kids in and out of the car multiple times!!
