  At times it has been great, but too much unreliability, poor management and after many attempts of communication.. it has fallen on deaf ears, it has made me want to relocate to another provider for my child.

  My son loved it here. Heaps of free outdoor time to explore and be a kid. Staff are wonderful with the kids and the meals are great.

  -We took holidays and I, in advance cancelled the bookings (I went in person & rang uo to clarify).. I received an "ok, no problem", to then find I have been charged still for every single one due to a 50% I still had to pay - I wasn't informed of this, another case of poor management, communication.

  Raising my concerns with these incredibly valid issues with the staff and service has been not taken seriously, it has put me at the point where I have to relocate my child now as I, as a single working mother CANNOT rely on this service anymore.

  -Failure to pick up my child from her school on 4 occassions in under 12 months is not acceptable, it shows poor organisation and reliability for a highly praised service - I've had to leave work on 2 of these occasions because of this and my child has had to wait 90 minutes in her school office because this provider failed to note her collection! - Not ok!

  Our child has attended the Centre since 6 months of age and we've been really happy with structure and set up of the Centre with the individual rooms. All the staff are friendly, caring and well trained, and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this Centre to others.

  -They are incredibly inattentive to the environment of bullying at their establishment and are negligent towards their approach that some behaviour is not acceptable and rather take the "brush it under the mat" approach. - My daughter has come home in tears due to bullying and stealing of property, plus bruises and cuts.. which have been unnoted and I never have been informed - Not ok!
