  Was appalled in the lack of concern and cAre particulAr doctors had when it came to my child mental state being only a little boy with a lot of mental health issues I would ha e expected more than to just be flogged off and told it not urgent and my son is safe enough to transport too Adelaide in vehicle after attempts of jumping out moving car, absolutely disgusted and I Wil be taking this matter further I expected more

  After an hour long wait the doctor was rude, insulting and very unprofessional. He gave pain relief and believed my finger was broken, didn't tend to my ankle, simply said rest it, then informed me their would be a $70.00 consultation fee and handed me a prescription for further pain relief and a form to get an x-ray after xmas to confirm it was broken, too bad that's days away and i'm still in pain. As far as i know if it is broken, waiting those few days could mean irreparable damage to my hand yet he seemed unconcerned. When i further inquired about it he became defensive and threatened to call the Police even though i was calm and collected, albeit in extreme pain. I will not take my family there again, best go to Adelaide.

  My partner was not so well and i took him to emergency at the hospital. the nursing staff were fantastic and the Dr on call was amazing. He was at MBSH for 3 days when he was transferred by ambulance to RAH ... I have high regards for all our medical and emergency staff as we had a great service by them all. We attend the Bridge clinic all the time and we can honestly say we have been so well cared for by the staff for nearly 6 yrs.

  The female Doctor I was seen by seemed to think my pain should be manageable and that by my age period pain shouldn't be such a problem. I am disappointed with the service. The doctor scoffed and laughed when I said I would need a sick certificate for work the next day and seemed to think I was doing it to get out of work. I was feeling exhausted and sick all day while and University and came home early from vomiting and nausea. I thought the service would have been more accommodating and not make me feel inadequate. I was seeking help not judgment.

  Very disappointed the way Bridge Clinic is serving Murray Bridge these days, why is it taking around 6 weeks to get in to see your own doctor. I can remember doing a survey there 15 yrs ago and they were very concerned it was taking 2 weeks for patients to get in to see their own doctor.. I know how much the town has grown but we have 2 more clinics now but its still 6 weeks before I can get an appointment . So glad I am not sick. But that's a thing of the past seeing your own doctor when your sick..
