    We had quotes from big Adelaide builders, who were very cheap to start with, but charged big bucks for any small change or addition. They also charged travel. JAC were $40k cheaper in the end, and we got a bigger house, with nicer finishing touches. AND the house was completed in 20 weeks - 4 weeks earlier than anticipated! Although a few things weren't quite right - they were fixed quickly, and easily. I've recommended them to many friends, and 3 are building with them also!

    WE HAD A HOUSE BUILT IN 2010 & HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.DUE TO SO MANY FAULTS WE HAVE SOLD THE HOUSE & NOW BUILDING WITH A SUPERIOR BUILDER FAIRMONT HOMES.
