    wow. bought an aged t bone here today. cooked it just under medium rare and it was close to one of the best t bones I've had (and I've had a lot of t bones). makes me wonder why I go to restaurants and get dissapointed when you can buy quality like this from a butcher and cook it the way you like it.

    I will be going out of my way to go through murray bridge for this meat. these guys really know what they are doing with aged meat.

    This could be the best Butcher Shop in Australia. First it has a very good range of meats on display, secondly they have a seperate cool room with large and aged cuts of meat at wholesale prices. Thirdly the cafe has an alfresco, but with stools inside to enjoy a good coffee. Very imaginative and far from your run of the mill butcher shop. The staff are friendly and helpful, I had a good experience.
