  I stood for 15 minutes in the laptop/computer section looking at every laptop. Still not one employee approached me. Might I add I was the only one in store, they just continued to play on their phones.

  I then decided to remove a security tag from the laptop, which sets off an alarm in store. Only then did I have a man approach me asking if I needed help with anything. I said no then decided to leave.

  Sometimes salespersons should take the hint that people might know what they want and not be pushed into a product that they don't want and pressured by salespersons trying to reach their Commission

  While having good products and a slightly bigger than medium range, if I go in there in my Sunday bests the staff seem to only want to help the others who are dressed better. That is except a lad named Shaun. He was happy to help us. And because of that we bought a $3000 TV instead of the headphones we came to look at, and he got the sale.

  Walked in, ready to spend a couple ofgrand on a laptop. On entry I seen three staff members all sitting on a display lounge and using their phones. They did not even look over to me entering the store.
