    Pretty little spot not far from Adelaide. Bring the boat

    It is a great reserve to take out the boat or jetski. It can get very busy on public holidays and school holidays.

    Large grassed area, ski beach & carpark suitable for cars with trailers. Located on a relatively narrow part of the river given Long Island divides the river at that point. There is a dual concrete boat ramp at the Northern end. There's also a covered BBQ gazebo with two fixed tables and bench seats, a small playground situated back from the beach, and a basic public toilet. The beach can get rather crowded on warm days. Note there is sometimes a sandbar towards the base of the boat ramp.

    Little open lawn-ed area, just perfect for throwing my Boomerang. Alas, the wind was not kind, all over the place. One needs a steady wind in a single direction, for a good return
